I was a long-term fan of PV earlier in my hobbying. First, the usual disclaimer - your mileage WILL vary. In my area there are in-call places that specialize in this service. All of the following are general statements that will not always apply. The house fee gets you the specified time - usually 30-60 minutes - with a very attractive and very personable young lady. You will get an adequate to steamy strip show /lap dance with plenty of contact both ways. An adequate to outstanding HJ may or may not be included in the base fee. At some point it will become clear that more is available, and the verbal dance begins. Once the menu is described and the choice(s) made, the action continues on a sheet spread out on the floor. Every lady has her own menu, and the menu may get longer with repeat visits. Clear?
Usually the model/massage/entertainment agencies in the yellow pages are often PV services. It's usually pretty clear to see, as they'll look like an escort service in many ways.

There are quite a few providers in my area of operations who started out doing PV and built their base clientele through PV. This gave them the opportunity to "screen" clients!
Today many FBSM providers do the same thing, even specifying that the first date will be limited to FBSM but GFE is offered to a certain limited repeat clientele.
