You really don't need to do much other than schedule another date with her.  If you want to tell her you would like to see her on a regular basis, fine, tell her.  She, if you hit it off with her, will probably glad to have you as a regular client.  Regulars are easier for providers since they have already been screened and thus save time for them.

I would not bother telling her you want to be a sugar daddy, what would be the purpose?  Once you are a regular client, that's really she needs to know.  A provider is not going to lower her rate just because you see her frequently, if that's what you are thinking.  It's a possibility, but not something you should expect.

If you want to be a SugarDaddy and she's willing, then be one. Remember. This buisness is about what you want and what she is willing to provide. There is no real right or wrong answer to all of this stuff. If there was, then there would be set standards for everything here that would limit bothsides and not give in to certain fetishes. So really it's all about what you want and what she is willing to accept in you and your "arrangement".

As for "relationship feeling" goes. Being a Sugar Daddy doesn't come with the discussion of when she moves in or not and where is she gonna put all of her stuff in your small closet. In a relationship you will face that fact sooner or later. So being a Sugar Daddy is a much simpler idea in the long run.

I do feel for you though, despite the fact I'm 27 and never been married or devorced. Come close a few times but thankfully the Sugar Honey Ice Tea always hit the fan before it got too far. So again, I feel for you and wish you all the best and happiness.

I have many regulars, but will only agree to see them twice a month, or less to avoid drama.
Never ask for a lesser rate. Some girls may offer it after you have seen them for some time, but do not ask. With that being said there are girls that would love a sugar daddy situation. Most are not traditional providers. Me personally, if I had a sugar daddy I would be a very well kept woman, so it might be cheaper if you stick to providers. I have one client that is close to a sugar daddy and he donates over 3 gs a month to my "educational fund."

I have many regularss that I see weekly or monthly. A couple have regular standing appointments on a certain day and time of the week, they call or email to verify the day before each appt. Some I consider a regular but npt set appointment, they call once a month or so, when their schedule permits, for an appointment.
There is no feeling for them or me of being in any sort of relationship other than provider/client. A few of them I am very fond of, even consider friends but we both know that it is what it is. I am sure they see other providers from time to time, variety is the spice of life.
To me, sugar daddy indicates more of a relationship or at least that you would expect the provider to be availlable at any time just for you.
Main thing you need to do is have it cleat in your head if you want to be a sugar daddy, that can be quite expensive, or a regular client.
