Yes you are. It's quite possible that she will remember your face when she sees you again but even if she doesn't she is at least being honest with you. You really don't know if those other ladies actually remembered you or if they just acted like they did.

Depending on how high volume your gal is she may have seen dozens of men since she saw you last.  It's unrealistic to expect to be remembered after only one visit.

You are a hobbyist so you think it is good marketing to fake remembering someone. As an escort I can't tell you how many guys pretend to have seen us before trying to get past the screening process. They bank on us not wanting to bruise their ego by 'not remembering' them.
