Anything that may be over the counter, herbal, vitamin.......BUT not presciption such as Viagara.....none of that.

Two New Years resolutions for you:
1) Join a health club and improve your fitness level by doing both weight training and cardio.
2)  Improve your diet with less starches and sweets.  Also, eat lots of fruit and drink plenty of water (makes your cum sweeter for the ladies).

I have another form of protein Powder on hand right now. So I will use that up first before I buy another container of Powder.

Making sure that you are properly hydrated is good..with water that is.

One thing I did do is cut out caffiene. For me that was via Mountain Dew. And as a result, I cut way down on pop consumption.
