Here's the deal, this is the first provider I've tried to see.  She picked up when I called around 11 pm.  I was incredibly nervous, but I was able to follow all the guidelines I've read on.  We only covered where she's located.  At the end of the call she asked me what my name was again, I gave her my name and she instantly hangs up.

So this is what's going through my mind, "Well, fuck.  Did I do something wrong?"  I decide that maybe I just need to drive to the general area she gave me and call back.  She picks up again, I reintroduce myself, she sees if her roommate can leave.  Her roommate can't leave, so she tells me I would have to see her tomorrow.

I'm worried I screwed up when she asked me what I do for a living.  I told her the college I'm a full time student at, and that I work part time, however I didn't give her the name of my workplace.  She asks me if I have a student ID.  I don't have one and tell her that.  She still seemed willing to see me and gave me a time to call her tomorrow.

About ten minutes later I get a call from a restricted number.  I answer it and the caller instantly hangs up.  Is this uncommon for a provider to do?  Should I have done something else during the screening process?  Did I blow it?

First, how do you NOT have a student ID? Seriously does not sound good for you. No excuse not to have one in all honesty.

So you have no verification (such as P411), no reviews, no employment verification... and you want to be seen??? Not only be seen, but quite late at night?

The restricted call may have been from her checking if that was your number. Why would you jump in the car and drive close by? You did not have an appt, correct? Honestly what was your purpose???

She may have asked your name so if she needs to report you, she has that information. Might not be the case, but a possibility.

You did NOT read the guidelines or Newbie Help 101. Otherwise you would screen properly with P411/RS2K or the such. Get or try to get provider references... Stuff of that sort. You say you go to college and have a part time job, that is more than good enough to get verified through  P411.

Some (not all) gals are funny about the college students. Whether it be age, lack of income, or lack of maturity.

Just saying all of this to help you. Things do not sit right with what you got going on.

You're right, I didn't read any of the guidelines or the Newbie Help 101.  I just Googled how to make the call and followed those guidelines.  I feel foolish for making the call before doing all of my homework.

I think I was just very anxious to be seen, which explains why I wanted to be seen so late and so soon.

Thank you for your honesty and information, Amber.  I apologize to the board as a whole if this was an inept thread to make.

...and get back in the fucking game.  Women in general are not going to understand just how stressful this is for a guy who has not had a lot of sexual partners, the nervousness, the worry about performance and satisfying her sexually (just human nature bud, we all go through it early on), then you throw in the possibility of LE and the fact that you have no idea what her personality will actually be like...I would guess this accounts for more than a few NCNS with guys.  They just get themselves wrapped so tight they can't follow through.  Anyway...pasting this in from a response I gave another guy this week:

**********************

God I remember my first time with a provider, I just about shit my damn pants.  Didn't help that she was holy-hell-fuckin'-hot and I had been with exactly twio women (7 year relationship, 23 year relationship) my entire life.  Good times, right?  More like just about puked.  Even 6 or 8 months maybe 10 moths ago and many dates into the hobby, I found a women so beautiful that I literally damn near puked on the way over....then she kissed me like no women had ever kisseed me before and the knees got weak....that is a story for another day.

Anyway, don't forget to breath dude.  Remember, this IS fun as hell, seeing a fantasy girl and having fantasy girl sex.  She has seen and heard it all, trust me.  Walk in, donation down, nice (not creepy) respectful hug, tell her you would love to give her a maasage to break the ice.  Gives you time to settle and just enjoy intiimately touching a beautiful women.  Gradually tell her what you like in a sexual partner, and don't be surprised if you get everythiing you want.

****************************

And again, rub some fucking dirt on it and get back in the game son.

:-)

Why would a student NOT have a student ID? I always did. Yea, with this one just let it go, and try again.

You learn from this point on, everyone learns. No need for apologies!

Like I said, I was trying to give advice so maybe you'd understand her (possible) point of view. Everyone should be taking care in this.

If you're an online student, you are not issued a student ID. I graduate next month, & do not have a student ID, lol. Now, if he attends a brick & mortar college, then yes, he should have a student ID.

when she asked the question.  Though it's hard to think if you are nervious.  The hang up call may well have been her verifying that the number was really you as they can be spoofed.
I would not assume that you've blown it.  I'd call back tomorrow as dirrected.  She may be using online tools to verify who you are.
IF she blows you off tomorrow, then she's made a decision.  Accept it THEN move on.

and these are the correct questions to ask here.  It is expected that members will be gentle when replying here.
Expecting to be seen immediately is pushy...  some gals might do so but the majority want to verify you in some manner for their own protection...  And you want them to!!  Gals who are reckless risk you as well as themselves.
You are kind of in the group with retired & self employed...  It requires a little more effort or different.   Alternate verification is possible but not every provider cares to do so.

he was on campus, so I missed that part. So, online schools don't require an ID to register? How does one graduate? I mean do you actually walk across a stage, or get your degree in the mail? Always wondered about that. That would make screening a bit hard for me.
