2 years is a while but i don't see the harm is sending

an email with your info if you are interested.

If you get no reply in 2 or 3 days move on.

That is a long time, but she might have been off the market for a variety of reasons.  Sugar daddy, family, relationships...  

No harm in espressing an interest.

is wanting to provide again.  Other reasons include she was a mistress for a sugar daddy for the past year and enjoyed the kept life.  She could have been ill, many more possible reasons.  

You may want to PM some hobbyists in her area to get an idea of why she dropped out of sight for so long.
