I bet you can email TER and have them update your profile.  I've always found them to be responsive.

Once you have a valid site or ad that the your profile can be linked to it should be no problem. Not sure what the procedure is if you are changing your name but TER staff can help you with that.  

Write to admin. and they should be able to assist.
