As far as her rate goes. Call and ask or email and ask.  It's not against the law for her to tell you what her rate is for her company.  Don't ask any questions about specific activities.  If she won't tell you her rate, move on.

Don't assume that just because a girl doesn't have TER reviews that she is "new".  The vast majority of BP girls don't have TER reviews. Since you aren't interested in being talked out of going with a BP girl I'm going to stop here.

I spotted a provider I'd like to contact on backpage. All she mentions is a name and number as far as contact info. There's no mention of donation rate. How will i know her rate? Is it appropriate to ask prior to setting an appointment or should I expect she will tell me?
This being the first time I'll engage in the hobby, I looked up the number on escort phone search, which turned up only one previous ad in recent days. Also looked her up on TER and couldn't find her reviews. I guess she's new.
I know some of you may suggest I go with provider with an established reputation especially this being my first time, but I'm willing to take a chance.

Unless you can verify through legitimate reviews here on TER or elsewhere, I'd advise against using it.

My suggestion is to read this board...back 10-20 pages and many of the topics discussed will enlighten you to the issues that you have in your OP.

But if you are going to forge ahead unwittingly...I wish you the best of luck.  You will probably need lots of it.  And if you do read here...you will read that "luck is not a good plan".

There are a number of smaller review sites. It's not kosher to name or link to them here. But you can google "escort reviews" and so on, and you'll find some. It depends on where you live, some are more prominent than others. Not to sound TER-centric, but if she is not reviewed here, than she is either 1) very new, 2) shady (changing name and persona often), 3) fake (LE, scam/ripoff, etc), or maybe just 4) working in a small market area, where TER reviewers are scarce.

If you decide to see an unreviewed girl, you are "taking one for the team", and you can't EXPECT anything. She might be awesome. She might be a cop. She might be a ripoff artist, or just a terrible provider. NO WAY to know. I have TOFTT many times because I live in a small market area and reviewed providers simply don't exist. I have to drive at least 2 hours to see even a small selection of well-reviewed providers. I have had pretty good success, but I also have 12+ years of experience in the game which aids me in my choices.

And when I say I've had success, I mean that I haven't been arrested or robbed. I've certainly had my share of "mediocre" providers.

Why are you willing to take a chance? Are you just in love with her photos? It's likely those photos are fake. Heed the advice of people here...there a very high chance you will regret seeing a BP girl w/ no reviews.

You quoted me. Maybe you should read my post again, and note where it says I HAVEN'T been arrested or robbed...

but you are new...  ripe to be taken advantage of.   I suggest you stick to well reviewed providers for now.  
When you have some experience, you can circle back.  If she's a good provider, likely she'll have some reviews by then.  And you'll have the perspective to sniff out when something doesn't smell right.
Remember this is not Match dot com.  You are paying for her companionship for an hour or two.   You are not MARRYING her.  In fact, I recomment strongly against going exclusive with a single provider (she not going exclusive with YOU!)   It is very hard to keep your emotions under control with serial meetings.  It's hormonal...  the post-coital hormone surge was useful to cave men & cave women to protect the women & children...  but falling for a provider is messy.   I ALWAYS fall for a provider...  until I see the next one!   If a gal thinks you are falling for them, a wise provider will refuse to see you.  Clingy clients & stalkers are a provider's worst nightmare.
