I am try to get some info on why my reviews would change. If anyone can please give me reason to this I am appreciate it. I had some performance reviews that were 9's & a 10, but now they all 8's. What is that about?

Thank You for help. I can now understand.

At one time, I had ratings lowered before the review was published, and after reviewing the ratings guidelines, I saw why that was.

Lately, I had a review published with a ten, but after a day is was knocked down to a 9.  I wrote administration and asked why because this provider had done everything and more to deserve a ten.

Adminstration wrote back to say the the score was lowered improperly and the 10 rating was restored.

So, if you feel this way, either you, or better yet, the reviewer should contact TER management and appeal the lowering.

IMHO the number ratings are very subjective...  though I try to fit the description text with encounter.  An 8 is NOT a bad score...  leaves some room for improvement, but not bad.
The actual review is much more revealing & since one needs VIP to view either, just read the review guys!

An encounter is a unique coupling of 2 unique individuals...  while some may get consistant number scores...  that's really a lot to expect.  Personally, if an "average" was "8" I'd expect to see a range of 7, 8, 9.
 
What I'd not expect to see is wild swings a 9 then a 3-4.  A single case (in a page of reviews), I'd not necessarily disquality the prospective date but I'd read the review to see what went wrong.  Chemistry is not guarenteed.  A number of swings, I'd suspect the lady is moody, or does not click with a certain type.  Knowing I'm an older guy with a few extra pounds, no longer the trim guy of before...  I'd not chance one with mood swings.
