I am in the process of setting up my first double.  I've seen both women once before.  The women know each other and are excited about the prospect.

Are the rates simply their hourly rates?  I am sorry if that seems obvious.  I have seen some reviews where it says something like "Escort with another girl" and there was a variation in the normal rate.  Is the rate question something I can (or should) ask?  Is it OK to ask in an e-mail?

The other question was in regards to "toys."  I don't have any and wanted to ask the women if they did and if they would bring them but again is that a topic that can be mentioned in an e-mail?

You are correct in your assumption that the normal hourly rates apply for both ladies unless something else is specified on their web sites for doubles. Just add them together. It's preferable not to ask about the total in email, but if you do, take care not to discuss fantasy as well as reputable providers will understandably become very wary.

With regard to toys, I would use exactly that language and simply mention ahead of time that this is a fantasy of yours.

I am gathering you haven't seen any of these women yet, if you have, after they  have already seen you, I would imagine you could be blunt. I know as far as I go, anyone I have seen more then once, bluntness is more then welcomed, its encouraged. If you haven't seen either before and have no references, you can ask about toys, you just cant ask what they do. You can ask about price, you just cant ask for what.
