I've read enough posts on here to know the number one advice for finding a legitimate provider is "find a girl who has a lot a reviews and you should be safe."  Well I found a girl who only has one review, but she has her own website where there are pictures of her (some topless).  Do you think she's pretty safe (meaning a legitimate provider and not LE or something)?  If you want I can provide a link to the site.

If she has a site then the chances are good she is not LE. With only one review you are of course taking a bit of a chance on her skills or even her legitimacy.  Is the review favorable? Is it from someone with other legitimate reviews?

Does he have other reviews?  What are they like?  Are they recent?  Does the reviewer ever post on TER, and have any credibility?  These are the obvious questions.  If the answers to some of the above questions are yes or positive, you might consider sending that reviewer a PM seeking further information.  Also, does the lady advertise here or on other reputable sites?  Does she post, and are there any posts from hobbyists in response to hers that hint that they may have seen her, but maybe not posted a review?  Might be worth a PM to them also, if so.
