Re: "Provider is online" vs "Provider is away"?
I presume your question is in re: TER Messenger? I would presume it means the lady has the program open, but has had a significant period of activity, or was perhaps need to log in again. I am not sure of that, but it would be my best guess...
Can someone please tell me the difference between "Provider is online" and "Provider is away" status?
