I'm curious about how to submit a review for a provider you've seen before? In June I saw a well reviewed provider that I found on TER. However on her reviews page there's no link to submit a review for her. I only see the blank, generic submit review form... which means I have to copy her info like phone # and other info to post in the review info. How do you link up your review with that provider you saw?

You've come across one of the pet peeves of us guys. Unfortunately, you've got to fill out all the info. You cannot bypass, fill out the entire form. Maybe one day it will be easier.

I think part of this is to get updated information. Then again I may be wrong on that.

The easiest way to do it is to open another TER window right next to the one where you are filling in the form.  Open it to her profile and it will be lots easier to duplicate the information.  Keep in mind, your review will not change her profile.  Only a problem report will do that.

When you are finished with your review, click submit, and it will go into the queue for approval.  When it is approved, it will automatically be put on her profile, you don't do that, TER does.
