Forget Fling.com.  Get TER VIP (if you don't already have it), and search reviews with your criteria for a lady. Make sure she has at least 5+ good reviews from hobbyists with a long history of reviews. Relax, and you'll do fine. Good luck.

Day or night is not the issue.  Your safety depends on WHERE you are meeting her much more than WHEN.  If you are doing Incall you need to take a good look at the neighborhood etc and be prepared to keep on going if you don't feel good about the area.  The SAFEST thing you can do is meet her on neutral ground - you get a hotel room and meet her in the bar.  I'd NEVER have a provider to my home as that would give her too much information about me.  Going to her place is 'iffy' if you don't know where you are going.
