Start here, look for newbie friendly girls in Phoenix, read her reviews (which means getting VIP membership), do your research. There are plenty of threads on this forum to help you.
Until you know what and who to look for, I agree with the guys (for only the second time on these boards) that you need to stay away from BP. It's the "only game in town" in some parts of the country, but not normally in the bigger cities.
