There are some areas where searching BP, then cross checking for reviews is a good way to go. PX is not one of those areas. Extreme caution needs to be exercised there.

Until you know what and who to look for, I agree with the guys (for only the second time on these boards) that you need to stay away from BP. It's the "only game in town" in some parts of the country, but not normally in the bigger cities. Until you know your way around the P4P playground, stick with the reviewed girls (and if you can't find TER reviews, sometimes the girls have reviews elsewhere).

Quality providers advertise all the time on the regional board.  All the ladies who advertise on the Phoenix board screen, so as a newb, you'll have to figure how to pass the screening issue. Also check the daily new reviews. To do that start with "reviews" above, than "new revews". Idrop down window will appear, select Phoenix and you'll see daily new reviews for phoenix. Of course you'll need to be vip to read the details.

I can't speak to the Phoenix scene and that nut job sheriff there, but more generally BP can be used with care IF you make sure to check reviews and stick to ladies who screen.  Perfectly fine providers will advertise there on occasion (quality varies by city and I don't know where Phoenix falls).  Your real problem is going to be screening if you are a newbie.  LE trolls BP and ladies who advertise there and don't screen can be vulnerable.  That makes you vulnerable.  The real rule you want to keep safe from LE by is to stick with ladies that have good screening procedures.  

My advice is to get your screening information settled.   Then start looking.  It's less time consuming to search on TER for Phoenix ladies with good recent reviews.  What you will miss that you might find on BP are the traveling ladies.  Their reviews are not likely to be listed under Phoenix.   So scanning BP (and Eros) and then checking for reviews can give you a few more prospects.
