thanks for the information....this board has been invaluable!

When researching providers how concerned should you be over someone who hasn't been reviewed in say a year or so?

It may only mean that she is low volume and sticks with tried and true clients, but is could also indicate she is retired or on hiatus.

If she has a lot of good reviews up to that point, it's probably not a major concern.

If provider has significant review history, but nothing in past 90 days, should this be any cause for concern.  Just trying to minimize risk of LE.  Thanks.

No.  As Mrfisher stated, sometimes a low volume lady will see mostly repeat clients.  Also, only about 1 in 10 cleints writes a review.  You could always PM several of the last reviewers to see if they know of any situation you should be concerned with.

Many Ladies have several pages of reviews are active on the boards some and well known in their market.
True my last review was august but have seen many clients since then, most of my clients are as others have said, either regulars non ter members or not reviewers. Although a new review can be nice from time to time its not required or expected with each encounter.

Ter is not the end all be all. As good as it is as a site to research not everyone we see is a member here.
Some Ladies also ask not to be reviewed. Once you have a good review history its not always needed to have a fresh review every week or month even.
I know learning the ropes here as to whats what how to go about things and all can get your mind wondering yet its not as complicated as it may seem. Try Not to over think it.

Like others have said, she may be low volume or just hasn't been reviewed lately. I haven't had a review posted in ... well, quite a while! I'm actually not any lower volume or a greater risk than I was previously, but I have been seeing more repeat clients and new clients who just don't write reviews.

I am seeing a provider in a week or so who actually has no reviews for over a year. But over the last few months she has posted regularly on the regional board, nice give and take with various active hobbyists who clearly have seen her, has some reviews doing a double with another girl, and also has reviews on another site.

Generally, I would not consider someone with no recent reviews and I certainly would tread carefully as a newbie, but as said elsewhere in this thread, the world is a lot bigger than TER and excellent providers may not have any recent reviews for lots of perfectly good reasons. But you need to verify them somehow, so if you cannot do that, stick to ladies with reviews.
