I've read when a new hobbies writes a review of a new provider it isn't posted right away. Understandable. But when a hobbies that has wrote a review about a new provider is there time length before it is posted?

As long as everything is submitted properly it can take anywhere from an hour to 72 hrs, normally posted within 24 hrs. I think your question is whether there is a specific waiting period as there is for some new hobbyists, the answer is no.
