I have done some homework, and I will be joining one of the verification sites, but I do have some questions, some of which may not have a definite answer.
1. The first one is how do I check how much VIP time I have left on this site?

2. I do understand this is a business arrangement, and both parties want to make sure the other party does not get over. I have read some of the rip-off reviews, and I would like to know what is the normal time to hand out the donation. I don't wanted to get stiffed, but I don't want to seem uncooperative either?

3. If an area has several providers, but no reviews on this site, are there other sites that might have the info. My other option is to travel for about 2 hours, and traveling 2 hours(one way) for an hour of pleasure is something I want to try to avoid. If anyone here has good site to recommend or another solution I would be happy to hear it. Thanks.

1) Click on Account Manager, then click on Edit my Profile on the left.  At the bottom of your profile, it will tell you how many VIP days remain for your account.

2) You hand over the donation as soon as the initial greeting is over.  Do not make a big deal about it, just place the envelope on a desk or table.  Do not say anything further about it; she likely won't either.

3) Many areas have other area specific sites.  If you live in NJ, I have a couple of suggestions for you.  Not so sure I can help if you live somewhere else...you might consider posting that question on the local board nearest to your location.

Question #2. Plain white envelope and either leave on bathroom counter or on counter in the bedroom. Do not mention it, she will know you've done it. Don't be surprised if she checks it to see the donation is all there if it's your first visit and she knows you are a newbie. There's been a lot of post of late that providers are being shorted their donation even from some of the regulars.

Question #3. It would be best to post this on your closest regional board. I've gotten some good PM's with suggestions. Sometimes a local lady will post for you to come and see her. Especially if you've never done this before, make sure you find a well reviewed lady and your first will most likely be great and not your last. Too many horror stories even from veteran guys that TOFTT and saw a provider that had no reviews. This is territory no newbie should venture into.

1. The account manager, located in the VIP section, has info about your profile, vip days, reviews, problem reports etc.

2.  You place the envelope in plain site as part of the greeting.  It's not about making sure you get your money's worth. That's what reviews are for. The longer you wait to pay the longer it will be before the lady starts the session.

3. TER is also a business. While there are other review sites both regional and local, mentioning them by name on the boards will generally get the post deleted and possibly get you moderated if you do it too often. TER doesn't really want you talking about there competition here on the boards.  It's best to do research on your own or via back-channel once tyou have VIP.

You already got good replies...  Let me add:
You might post an "ISO" (In Search Of) on your local board...  Maybe some providers visit closer to your location.  Alternately you could pay a lady to "Outcall" to you but that's generally more costly.  
With an ISO, you still need to check that the provider is well reviewed.

I have a suggestion for question #3.  If you have found providers in your area and you want to find their reviews, go to the providers' websites.  

Many providers have a links page on their websites with links to the review boards that contain their reviews.  Other ladies have links directly to their reviews on their websites.

Keep searching until you find a lady with many positive reviews.

Escorts sites often give the option of a review but obiviously the lady would not allow any negative post.
Non-TER sites are provider driven...  mostly funded by providers.  I was shocked (but should not have been) when I cross checked some local ladies...  Their TER reviews showed much lower service.  

Old school was a gentleman discretely left the donation on the dresser while dressing... my ATF still does this...  in the back & forth of dressing, using the bathroom...  it disappears without a word spoken.  
However, most ladies now insist on the donation before the fun starts.  One is still expected to place it on a table or dresser without comment.  How she handles it or leaves it until later varies.
