I tried the prepaid Visa card and it did not work. I tried both pay sites. I guess I'm going to use a credit card. Thanks for the information.

It would be a good idea to call the security problem number.....

on the back of your cc and inform them of the fact that you plan to use it for the renewal.  I have to do that with mine each time before I renew.
