I was just wondering how you get a picture URL to upload a pic below (I have new pics but don't know how to properly upload them

You have to put them on a site somewhere on the internet and create a link to them. I think there sites that just host pictures.
'Google' picture hosting sites.

You are the owner of the site, but you don't know how to load a picture to your own site?

You need to contact your site-host (the one you have paid for) to know.

My guess is that Kristen is asking how to make a picture show up in her TER post.  

I think you just have to put the link to the pic, either from a picture storage site or your website, into the "picture URL:" box under the "message" box when you are typing your message.
