Got a line on this knockout in Orlando named Julia. Only a few average reviews, but Im amped to take my shot. Here is the issue, there is a verification process that requires a cell#, cc#, etc. Says there is no charge but the card I used got the "decline" msg. I used one with a low limit to keep from getting shafted.
Question #1 Is it standard practice to verify with credit card info? If one is yes, would anyone of you seasoned vets use a cc with subtainital funds to finish that process?

I haven't used any agencies or gals that charge onto the cc#. While they may be legit, I would never give that out. I guess if the provider is very high end the agency may accept cc#.
If she's just the normal avg donation, I would probably stay away.
Just as a side note, if it's one of your firsts, you may as well lower those standards a notch and go for someone a little more lenient and understanding about screening.

They don't need your CC to verify you.
If the girl has reviews, your likely in a situation where someone else is using her name and pics and linking to TER. Read her reviews. If she's legit and wanting a CC for verification, someone will mention it in a review.
The only time you would possibly need a credit card is if you are scheduling an extended session with a very high-end girl - they sometimes want a deposit. Even then I wouldn't do it unless it was a girl I had been with a few times and trusted quite a bit.
For example, one time I was scheduling a whole weekend vacation with a girl and was booking it about 2 months in advance, and so she wanted a 30% deposit to hold the weekend open for me. Even then I didn't use a CC, I used western union (and this was a girl I trusted and knew pretty darn good).
If this is a scam it is a good one. The websites are all professional, the chick is white hot, the reviews are not so great that you would think they were planted. Never give a cc#. Also read the reviews, especially the juicy details. Most clients would tell you a 7/9 is better than a 9/7. However, to each his own. And get the VIP membership if you don't already have it. Good luck
