Hello everyone! I'm Melissa, a new provider in Minneapolis and I had a quick question regarding preparing yourself for Greek, physically, not mentally. I'm curious about what steps you take to prepare your body to insure a clean experience. This question is obviously more for the other ladies but any feedback is welcome.
That is one way to prepare and cleans you out really well, but there is some concern medically for doing this repeatedly, so I wouldn't recommend it, at least not all the time.
Otherwise, eliminate some hours beforehand, and then don't eat for several hours. This is what the gals whom I see do, and I've never had any stinky surprises.
Other than that, use lots of good water based lube.
Since my good friends refer to me as the MASTER of the Anus I can offer a few suggestions:
Enema's are always good to prevent a mess! Playing with your ass is a must. You start of small & work your way up. Stretching your hole takes time & lots of practice. Try a finger, or 2, then a small vibrator. Lots of lube! After awhile you will be amazed at how your body can take more each time. FYI- I am only a giver, so Greek on the naughty boys!
