I really hope this was just a ploy a couple of dates was trying to pull over on me. Knowing that they have been receiving BBBJ or BBFS from other girls would not in any way entice me to do the same. I appreciate their choice in me but not enough to myself at risk. I hope that my agency isn't encouraging this to the other girls. They sounded concerned when I brought it to their attention but whether it was sincere or not I don't know. Unfortunately there are not any other agencies around where I live. I have been thinking about going indy but I need to get reviews first and hammer out a method for screening dates. Thank you for replying!

Now if you are talking about BBFS, for your own safety I would advise you IMMEDIATELY start looking for another agency,  
   
  Now if you are talking about BBBJ, you will find that many guys will pass over a girl who does CBJ for a girl who will perform a BBBJ. It is simply a fact of the hooker world that is unlikely to change.  
   
  I am not suggesting you do anything that makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, it's just that a LOT of guys simply don't like CBJ and girls that do BBBJ are much more popular. BBFS is a different story of course and no sane woman is going to offer BBFS in order to keep her dance card full.

Hi y'all! I've been working for an agency since July, so I am still on a learning curve it seems. I just recently found TER (I'm often in the dark about all things escort-y). I've been browsing the site and was curious about which threads to hit up first. I'm hoping this site and lovely people will act as a course. Also I have had a concern come about with my agency- I've been told by dates that I'm being passed up for girls who go bare! Not only does this seem safe and unsanitary, it no way makes me question using protection. How can I get repeats when this is becoming an issue?

Not sure what type of agency or what your relationship is with the other girls or the owners but you might consider bouncing the idea off others. I would assume a report of infected providers and rumors about BB being a norm at Name and Agency might be something a of death note for the agency as any quality client is likely to quickly make other plans.
