Is it ok to ask over the phone if a girl has a web-page or any reviews?  I don't want to commit that cardinal sin of saying something I shouldn't and get hung up on.

Of coarse it is, if for some reason you can not find reviews on her then ask her. If she does not have reviews than its up to you to take the chance with her. Always remember the potential risk of seeing a provider without reviews.

It is fine to ask anything not related to sex and money. If she does not list rates, you'll have to ask. which is not a terrible sin.

Technically you could talk about sex, though it wouldn't happen with someone new, and you have to be careful about context, so it is better to avoid the topic.

Definitely ask if she is reviewed anywhere, if you can't find them.

Other questions to consider:
Are your reviews/profile accurate and complete?
Is your web site up-to-date?

The first relates to the services/profile and the second helps with rates and anything else she might advertise on her web page.
