Much depends whether by "sevice" you mean yourself only or a number of providers.

I'd suggest read these boards and find a few providers who seem to have a perspective similar to what you think yours would be.

Check their web sites, reviews, whatever other info you can find.

Contact them.  Some will not want to talk with you because you are an unknown, but some will.  Ask them the pros/cons and what they wish they had known before they started.

See where it goes and who you are comfortable with.

IF you decide it's right for you figure out what approach, persona, and business model you want.  May think about hiering an established provider to mentor you.  See all sorts of arrangements of that kind.

Think seriously and be very honest with yourself.

I am interested in starting up my own escort service/website. How do I get started? Any info?

I am not going to encourage or dissaude you...  that is something you need to decide for yourself.  But you need to become educated about this world.  To start with read the "Newbie Manual" link in red at the top of this board.  Then read back on this board until you can answer every question without peeking.  Add to this, read the other boards to round out your education.  There is a considerable investment in time & thought but it is way too risky to do any less.
Look for information on web sites...  there are free "template sites" that work just fine.
You should have a free e-mail, not linked to your non-working world.
You should have a phone, not the same one you use personally.
You'll have to advertize...  read some reviews & you'll find links to ad sites.  Stay away from Craigs List as that is a favorite haunt for LE.
You will need to learn screening techniques.
You should use the 2 call system.

So this is what to look for as you learn.  Circumstances vary & you'll need to integrate all this into your business.  You'll need to be very disciplined to be self employed & self managed.

This business is not for everyone.  Proceed carefully & thooughtfully.
Best Wishes,
skb

Research research and more research! The more you educate yourself the better you will be able to screen, advertise, gain clients and get the most out of the business.  There are plenty of books and materials out there via internet to go through.  Good luck and play safe ;)
