provider advertizes NE and SE -- what does that mean?

I saw a provider ad that used several abbreviations which I recognized and two that I didn't: NE and SE.  What do those mean?

So, she can do the NorthShore and SouthShore, but is probably not in Boston or MetroWest.

I am amazed you didn't know this one

It actually stands for "northern exploration" and
"southern exploration". I am sure the OP can figure out the meaning from here.

I have been doing this for decades and even when I know the answer, some of the acronyms still make very little sense to me.

One of the dictionaries on this site describes "southern exposure" as a synonym for ass.  Does that mean that the provider is offering Greek?  Furthermore, does the advertisement of NE or northern exposure mean the provider is offering F/S?
