Are providers allowed to include their website address within their photo on the daily photo board?

her profile is just a click away containing all her contact info and more.

... because there's no profile linked to her handle.  Maybe that's why she asked the question.  But when a provider's handle and profile are linked, what you said is true--all her contact info is a click away.

It's not really up to you to "complete your profile." If you don't have reviews you don't have a TER profile. Your first reviewer creates the profile. Then you can claim it and link it to your username. In any case you can still post photos on the photo boards, ads on the ad boards, and discussion posts on discussion boards. You don't need a profile for that.
