First of all, I want to thank all of my highly unpaid assistants for their invaluable posts.  I have had some issues in the last few months, and have not been able to post as much as I would like.  Surgery, then moving, you know, the usual bumps in life that plague all of us.  I really do appreciate all of you that post replies to the newb's here, and I know they appreciate it.  To those of you that post sarcastic replies, stop it, this not the place for nastiness.  This is the place to be nice to the newbies and help them out.

Herding cats is not in my job description, though I can't help but call a spade a spade. I agree..newbies are here for advice, end of story. They are not here for our bs, which some seem to gravitate towards and under aliases no less.

New providers putting their toes in the water should not be subjected to being called "hookers."  There's plenty of time to jump into the deep end of the pool on the General Board.  This board should be an oasis of gentility.

I must admit that I don't have your patience, swim, when I see questions that have been asked many times before.  I will strive to do better.

.....I am not new to the business, by any means, but I still fairly new to the boards.  You, and your unpaid assitants have been most helpful.
