I think the Brits invented this slang. The woman straddles the man's face, and pleasures herself on his outstretched tongue, chin, and nose. Kind of like a queen on a throne. British escorts love to do it. The two I've seen love to do it. Doing it can get you extra time, on occasion...

I've no idea if it's a British term or not (I'm a Brits and I've never heard of it) but not all Brit escorts like it.  We are not all exactly the same, you know!

I much prefer to lie back and enjoy, a bit of so called 'queening' is fine but I wouldn't want it for the main oral event :)
