I few months ago I had the most disappointing experience with a provider who I thought was too well-known to be a rip-off, but she definitely was. I am curious as to why there are no negative reviews of her here. She has glowing reviews on her own web page, but she says she doesn't permit people to review her here because she likes to be discreet, or bullshit to that effect. Can she really do that?

I guess I learned a lesson about taking things on good faith: no reviews is bad news. How bad was it? It was bad.

She has pictures on her web page that are just drop-dead gorgeous, but the reality is that she weighed at least 100 lbs more than the girl in the pictures. If she'd ever looked that good it was many years and pounds ago. She didn't have much personality--no sense of humor--and her rates were high.

To top it off, she booked me for a two hour appointment, but asked to stop after 30-40 minutes saying she was sore. I don't ever want sex to be unpleasant for anyone, but she shouldn't have booked two hours if she couldn't go the distance. Nobody wants to pay several hundred dollars for a hand job.I can do that myself.

But I'm mystified as to why there aren't any reviews here. I found a post from someone asking if she was on the level. I was tempted to respond, but it was an old post, and there must be a reason why there aren't an responses.

I'd really lie to let others know so they won't have to learn the hard way, but I can't be the first. Is it really possible for a provider to be a total rip-off and somehow avoid being reviewed here?

She can't prevent you from reviewing her. However, she can ask TER to remove all her reviews. TER allows ladies to do this for their own protection - for example, if they have to shut down due to a stalker or because their significant other finds out, or if they get into other kinds of trouble. It's possible that reviews have been written about her and she has abused the system by asking TER to remove her profile for one of these reasons.

The guys will probably know more about how to handle your situation than I do but my suggestion would be to write a review and send an email to admin explaining the situation in case she later tries to have it removed.

Thanks for the post.  As you've learned great looking web sites and reviews placed on the web site do not really mean anything. Reviews on TER or other review boards are what count. Also who wrote the reviews is meaningful.  The provider in question has probably asked TER admin, not to have her reveiws posted, which is her right, so I'm not sure what your options are. Stay with well reviewed TER escorts, and you should have better luck.

A few points here. Yes, some women do ask not to be reviewed, and that is their perogative. That is dependant however, on the experience being a positive one, which yours clearly was not. If a lady already has reviews, and asks TER to remove them, TER is happy to do so when the reviews are good ones. If you want some quality entertainment though, go over to TER Mailbag and read some of the letters TER has gotten from providers identified as rip offs. Needless to say, THEIR reviews are not removed, and for good reason.

You paid the price, both figuratively and literally, so by all means, write a review of your experience.

I do want to be clear though, that what you describe is not a rip off. Decietful, certainly, but a rip off no. Her pictures are either not her, or clearly out of date, and that makes her deceitful. For that reason alone you are completely justified in writing a review of your experience, and being honest about the fact that she is not at all the woman in the picture.

However, a session took place, so you were not actually ripped off. From the way you describe your encounter, I can't blame her for stopping you after 30-40 minutes. Hell yes she'd be sore. Any woman who does not posess a cast iron vajayay would be sore. The purpose of a 2 hour appointment is not to pound a lady for 2 hours solid, and it sounds as though that was what you were expecting.

Having said all that though, why not be the first? Write the review, and she can get over it and update her pictures so that they are accurate if she doesn't want any reviews.

sotf, has a good point.  Typically, a 2 hour appt is 2 or more shots on goal, with rests in between.  
Some providers don't have reviews on a site where there are any checks...  TER bans a provider where the reviewer uses the same computer as a provider (considered self review).  If a provider is banned, they can not be discussed much less reviewed...  If you attempted a review, you'd find out if it was rejected.
On the other hand, reviews on a provider's site are always going to be good ones, since she controls them.  Provider driven sites & escort malls (provider pays for advertizing there) providers can get low reviews rejected or removed.
I do a lot of research before investing my time & opportunity in a date.

Yeah I'm not into 2 hr pounding.  I do however think it's a ripoff if she wasn't willing to do other things for the time that was agreed upon.  And I do think it's wrong to show a picture of 130lbs and then be 230lbs.  If she was really that bad, when you submit review they may reject it thinking you're bashing her.  Try explaining to them that you are being subjective.  I think honest reports are important.  And if she was horrid, that's her fault.  I do want to add, that everyone says only see reviewed people. I have looked all over and can't find single one on me (that I know of, still looking lol) I also don't advertise anything but locally (on a local reputable paper that is very well known)(non net... not yet) and have a very good reputation for over 8years now as the such.   So there is good girls out there that aren't reviewed.  They are hard to find and you do have to do local research but they are there.  You just have to be careful and verify they are what they say they are.  I wouldn't suggest it however.

I have to second this. I have had many years experience, and I am just now developing it on the web. It is so overwelming and I didn't even no where to start. Now I am learning that reviews are the only way to gain business, and I don't have one to speak of. It is like starting all over again. I have asked some of my favorite companions to review me, but they are "old school", and wouldn't dream of post a review on an "adult" site. They have refered me to new companions in the past, but refering me to people they don't know seems wrong to them. Maybe they are just being selfish and don't want the word to get out

There are two very different situations that I think we need to recognize.

First of all if she is 100 cheeseburgers heavier, that is very deceptive and dishonest.

I think you misunderstand my position. I want to review her. I think she's either a fraud or she's completely delusional, and I'd like nothing better than to expose her. I just wanted to make sure I understood the rules first, and I'm still puzzled that no one else has reviewed her. I mean, this happened way back in January. She's got to be gaming their rules somehow, but frankly, she didn't even impress me as being all that smart.

Now the problem you have is that you cannot review her. The review is too old. You have 90 days to submit a review.

There are ways of her skirting the review system. She could have multiple names, phone #'s, and ad changes. It is also possible that she is delisted already, but under a different name. Without having all of her info to research, it is hard to say.

Look at it on the bright side. You learned a lesson. You should also refrain from TOFTT until you are seasoned. There are too many well reviewed providers on TER to choose from.

If you & the provider have the same ISP number, she'll be banned from TER & you might be as well.  

One does not have to tell all in a review, just that she was on time, provided as promised, some idea of what you did do, the most telling is if you'd see her again & why.

I think you mean IP address. ISP is Internet Service Provider. They have names, not numbers.

I have a static IP, so there's no way that could happen, and I am aware of that rule. My question was about letting a provider look over a review before I post it, giving her the opportunity to say, "please don't mention that" or "hey, you forgot to mention this...."

I'm sure I could leave some details out because I judge the quality of a session more on the basis of feelings than exactly what we did.

It just made me wonder how someone could keep people from reviewing her, or prevent TER from accepting reviews, and if a provider could do that, wouldn't that be a serious flaw in the process? I still don't really see how this is possible without TER's cooperation, but since it's too late to submit a review, I'll never know what happened. I'm not going to call her back just so I can review her. That would really be TOFTT.
