The best way is to click on Acct. Mgr., then click on Membership Inquiry and you can then send your request to Staff. The last I heard they do allow the guys one handle change.

i've already changed my username, and i remember the basic gist but forget the specifics.  i am asking on behalf of a gentleman i recently met on TER :)
