I was credited two for a problem report I filed, it said I was credited two vip days and that the status of the report is "approved".

I'm still listed as basic though, how do I use the vip days?

The two days might have come and gone already.

Otherwise, they ought to go up in a few days.  Check with Administration if you don't see them after a couple more days.

A couple of hours ago, I didn't even know I had credited days till I was just looking through my account and found it. But, I can't help but want to use all those VIP benefits especially since I want to see a provider later this week.

So, it takes a few days for it to kick in? Oh, and do you know if its the provider who approves the filed problem report, or is it an Admin/Mod or something?
