usually I've had a similar 2-3 day window as you've experienced. But on occasion its taken up to a week. It may depend on what type of problem is being reported so it can be verified.

I submitted one on 6/4, five days later it is still showing as "New" in the system. In the past it's only taken 1-3 days for these to clear for me.  If there is a glitch and I need to resubmit it I will.  If there is just a backlog and it's taking longer than normal I do know how to be patient.
