What do providers mean when they say they need references. Can i use TER as a reference? If so how?

Yes, you ask then if it is OK for you to use them as a reference with other ladies.  When a subsequent gal asks you for references she will be looking for the website, email or phone number of the lady that you are using for a reference. Be sure to let the gal you are using know that you have given her name out.  Often-times, if a few weeks or months have gone by between visits, she may need to have her memory refreshed as to who you are.
