Ok, I like to put beer in the hotel sink with ice. it keeps the beer cold and it is usually gone buy morning. my question is, if I invite a provider over for a visit will this crimp my providers style? and Dose it really matter? should I oped for a good bottle of red wine?

I don't know why it would crimp her style. You should know that many providers don't drink and many don't drink while working. Some do. You're not under any obligation to provide alchohol for a date and if you do don't be surprised if it is politely declined. It would be a nice touch to have a bottle or two of unopened mineral water along with the beer.

Is the quesion regarding use of the sink... get a cooler or other container.  Tying up the sink prevents hand washing & you want her tp know you're squeeky clean.
Beer or other adult beverages are optional...  soft drinks or bottled water might be prefered.  Just one caution.  Many ladies, will not drink anything which they do not see opened.  In these days of date-rape drugs, one can never be too careful.  As a matter of fact, guys should leave her alone with YOUR drink...

Yep! Many a review of a provider reports that after certain activities she "went to the restroom to freshen up." I'd recommend keeping the sink free to use.

You are likely paying $300 to 1K for an hour or several of a ladies time.  Stop by Walgreens and spring $4.00 for a disposable cooler..

If she sees the sink filled with ice and beer she is going to figure out pretty quickly that you have not been able to wash your hands after going to the bathroom and also that you haven't brushed your teeth for a while.

Neither of this realizations are going to help your cause. Buy a cooler.

Your reasoning is sound, whats four bucks.  One thing you may wany to consider is the added attention you will draw to yourself walking thru the hotel with a cooler and six pack of beer.  Call me paranoid but i even put my beer in my luggage when i bring my own.  I have been told at certain hotels and this varies with state laws that i am not allowed to bring my own.  A hefty bag from home in the garbage can makes a great cooler and keeps anyone from raising eyebrows.

They now have these bags at Costco and Sam's that are lined with silver temperature lining, and make great makeshift coolers, that also fold up great and fit in your luggage...(hmm.. do I know a little too much about traveling with booze??? LOL)

Like the one in the link below...

Here's another idea!  Why not go to a hotel or motel that have a refrigerator?  Most the motels and hotels have refrigerators.
