eligible for the Providers Only board, which may be what you are looking for.  Please follow the instructions at the link.

Good luck

I have lots of friends, but NONE that I could tell that I am a provider, or talk to them about my work. It gets lonely and I have a strange feeling of isolation, not having a female friend to talk to about the ups and downs, and ins and outs of this very tricky business.
I don't personally know any other providers in my area. I posted on the regional board, looking for a fellow provider to chat with, confide in, etc. Is this asking too much? Because I have had no replies to it.
Well, a GUY here on TER replied, and that was very sweet. But I am looking to talk with another female who is in this biz, who can also see things from my angle. I don't think the guys can truly do that (no offense, guys).
So what do I do?

most of the talk on that board is about what a great guy and fantastic lay that DC. guy is, but they should be able to give you some positive feedback on your question as well.

:-)

A guy can dream, right?

She was talking about the 'Providers Only' board, not the 'Reviewers Only' board.

But you already know that all we talk about in there is what a great lay you are.  ;)

BTW, when are we getting our 50 inch flat screen delivered in there?  It better be before the football season starts.

Very important to have friends to talk to about our "special" issues!Do like DC says and get on PO board..just e-mail a request w your TER ID# to [email protected].  Be patient it can take a few days for them to check you..I am on the board there quite a bit and found it to be very helpful!! BIG HUG and KISS..SISTER!!!

I've been a fan of your LA board posts. Unfortunately for me I don't get to LA that often, otherwise I would have contacted you
already.

Hello there Hiddenhills! I was a newbie only 3-4 months ago...eek! I know how hard it can be for BOTH sides!! You sound really sweet, never know maybe I'll travel..tee hee! XOXO

its a very isolating feeling and it can be like living in a bubble. If you can get in the Providers board you will have the opportunity to network and meet other ladies. Also try local meet and greets... reach out, the right people will reach back... you will be making friends in no time.

:)

...he's not a lady, or a provider, so while I treasure being able to talk with him about work, I also like to chat/vent/celebrate with other female providers.

I'm both really busy and extremely private, so (right now) I'm not interested in actually meeting other providers in person. The Providers Only board here (and other "ladies only" areas of the other boards I'm on) are how I connect.

There's occasional drama and in-fighting, of course, but for the most part everyone is very supportive of each other. Please come join our lingerie-clad pillow fights. ;)

We all dream of a virtual room, filled with providers in skimpy outfits.  Every time I get to the door, it's locked.  It's not fair, I tell you.  It's just not fair.

If I say no, you're gonna have an out.  If I say yes, I could get sent to visit the Love Goddess 3 times/week.

How about this?  "I'll take it under advisement"

LG is awesome I'd hang out with her 3 times a week. Shes cool.

Carrie has put you in a classic logical (and hormonal) dilemma.  You have done well to chose the third, less obvious path.

Please meditate on what you have learned.  Then, when you have fully grasped the significance of your choice, I recommend that you call Carrie for a date.

Hey tiffy
I totally can relate on this. While I am not a provider myself now( I *was* a massage gal but then started my own agency)I know exactly what you are feeling. I feel like I have no one I can talk to about day to day business operations. I mean, I have tried opening up a few times but this is the South and all I get are disapproving stares. I have learned to shut my mouth and just keep everything in. Its sad, really!
I am expecting a baby in August, so its even more isolating for me bc I cant talk to other "regular" moms to be or anything bc then the subj of "what do you do" will come up. I have been hated on, rejected, talked about, and laughed at. I wont be going there with "regular" people anymore. I hope sometime I can find some friends too. I hesitated being too friendly with my employees bc that is unprofessional. So for now, i am just quiet a lot and I spend a lot of time reading the boards and spending time with my SO
I wish you so much luck as I know how this feels.
Just know you arent alone in your feelings
((hugs))

ladies who seem to be compatable to you, etc. and then contacting them?  Most will be reluctant at first so you might want to meet for coffee or a drink to break the ice.

you have 3 reviews, request enterence to the PO board and thats where you can vent and chat and all. very helpful place in many many ways.
There are other boards bloggs and so on and all can be very useful in venting. I know this chosen profession does in turn isolate one from their peers and I can't see it being any other way at this date in time, the worlds not ready for "the girl next door" to be the "ho nextdoor" and be happy about it. be careful in your choices of friends here. Thats all I have to say about that. Get on over to the PO board.

It's a ladies only support forum.  People there are very supportive and helpful.  Good place to talk about in and out of escort life.
