Advertising on TER is done on the regional boards (see the drop-down list in the left margin of this page).  Are you available in one of the cities/regions listed?  If so, you can post an ad once every 7 on your regional board.  Your ad can include contact info (phone number, email), rates, and a weblink.  That link can be to an escort mall ad (Eros, Cityvibe, etc), or your own site, PROVIDED that your are displaying the TER badge or banner on your site.

Having your own site is a GREAT asset!!!  While they are a cookie-cutterish, here are a couple of free options that other gals have used successfully:
