You will be extremely lucky to make this work out for you my friend.  I am in the exact same boat as you are and I contacted a lady who said that we might meet for lunch to let her get a feel for me but since then I have had no response to the confirmation email I sent back to her.  You will just have to find a provider that is willing to work with you without a reference and that is going to be tricky... I feel for ya buddy good luck to the both of us I guess.

Lot's of guys do not have referances...  None of us do when we start.  I suggest a direct e-mail, tell her the truth...  you've not hobbied for years, have no currant referances.  You'll have to give her what ever info she needs to feel comfortable with you.

Sweetie being a provider we our selves have to be very careful you can sometimes give the provider any information she ask for that you are comfortable giving out. I understand what you are saying I get a lot of newbies that are very concerned about that but there are was of checking you out without you haveing a references! Just make sure that you are very truthful when filling out the contact information and talking to her. Maybe ask her what can you give her to make her feel more comfortable. You want your 1st time to be special so you want to feel safe and want her to feel safe as well. There are always ways around it!!!There are sites you can get on that does all the checks then all you get is a user name and you give that to her!! Good luck!

yes!  join preferred411.com or date-check.com and offer any work info you are able to.  I often screen newbies.  There are ways...you just have to find the provider willing to help screen you.

What will they need to verify? Where I work? I would certainly meet for a quick cup of coffee if that would help. On my end I'm worried about the legal side or a woman with a scam.
