That usually does it. If not you can contact their hosting company with a DMCA takedown request.

Just to expand on that a bit ... it's been discussed on Newbie a few times, so Search "DMCA" or even "DMCA Takedown" and you'll find the previous discussions.

It's too late for the current situation, but also search Newbie for "Watermark" for advice on how to watermark your pics. It won't prevent a determined thief from stealing and using your pics, but it's more work for them. Let them move on to easier pickings.
