These acronyms mean different things to different people. There will never be full agreement on what constitutes GFE or PSE. In general you can expect a GFE to be like being with a real girlfriend as you said. It usually involves getting to know each other, cuddling, lots of kissing, maybe massages and things like that, along with really good sex. Some people put the acronyms BBBJ, DATY, and DFK at a minimum for a GFE, but that isn't a definite. In my opinion, I have had GFE  with CBJs.

A PSE would be like what you see in porn movies. Pretty much non stop action, from the time the door closes. Lots of sex in many positions. COF, COB, or CIM usually included (although that is also available on many GFEs and some say CIM is a must for GFE, but I don't buy that). Many times anal is included, (but also not a guarantee). Some people think it means bbfs, but that is incorrect thinking.

There is a lot of overlap too, as some gals will give you both.

A PSE can also just be sex with a real porn star (Of course you would usually expect the PSE type services listed in the paragraph above)

Ask ten different people what they think GFE means, and you will get ten different answers.  Same thing with PSE.

To me, PSE is the lamest term of them all, because a pornstar fucks without condoms.  So unless that's what someone is saying, it's a totally pointless and useless term.

You might as well as say GFE plus anal if that's what you mean.

that these acronyms have lost any meaning to me and I usually ignore them.  Seems like everyone has their own definition of what they mean.  I've always wondered what a GFE was, actually!  In my experience, that means, becoming indifferent and unappreciative so I'm not sure why I'd want to pay for that!  As for PSE, if you watch porn as much as I do, if that doesn't include BBBJ/CIM with a big-ass smile on your face (ala Ashley Shye, Claire Dames and Sasha Knox, to name a few I've known), then it ain't a PSE!  Better to look to their reviews, both in the toggle parts and the narrative.  I've found that if more than a couple of reviewers report the same activities, it seems much more likely to happen!
