Ultimate GFE is essentially PSE. Usually they offer anal or cater to harder fetishes.

Someone posted about this a few weeks ago or so and they pulled up a reference to the urban dictionary which differentiated them as:

Full: BBBJ & CFS
Ultimate: BBFS & BBBJ

Tho I think some providers don't know the real difference as a lot of them use "ultimate" to describe their services but I don't think they offer BBFS. Crap...that reminds me I need to update one of my ads....hehe!

I once sent a note to a touring provider giving her a heads up on the subject and she simply ignored me.  So I no longer explain the "implication" of advertising that way.
