I faced the very same predicament when I started hobbying about 3 weeks ago.  I did research and expected the third degree, but she didn't ask for references.  I asked for opinions on this board--just like you're doing--and was told that many hobbyists here also did not get a request for references.  I was nervous about LE, but I pushed through the nerves, brought a little gift (candles) to break the ice, and ended up having a really good time.  I've been back 4 times now, and the service has gotten better each time.  We're obviously much more relaxed with each other now.  I hope the same thing happens to you on your first try...

Based on my experience I would guess that your approach put her at ease enough that she didn't feel uneasy about scheduling a date with you.  Good Luck and enjoy...

I have scheduled a first time.  It is an incall.  The provider said to call about 30 minutes before, and she will give me directions to her location.  She hasn't asked for any references.  She has very good reviews on TER.  Should I be leery?

Every woman screens a little differently, and some do so a little more quietly than others. Trust your gut instinct, and her long history of reviews.

And be sure to write and tell us how it went :o )

Do your research.  She has good reviews but how many, going back how long and from whom?  If it's a small number of recent reviews over a short period of time from one/two time reviewers I'd be a more wary.

If she has a long review history from guys who have numerous reviews to their name then you are probably going to be fine.  It's normal for a provider to ask you to call shortly before the session to get final details of her location.

The first provider that I saw did not require references, but she had three pages of reviews going back at least a year, so I was pretty confident that she was legitimate.  I also cross-checked the reviews, and the guys who had reviewed her had multiple reviews to their credit.
