I was wondering what he was talking about! OP, you mean seeing this: "(assume there is a less than sign here)BR(greater than sign)(less than sign)BR(greater than sign)" in a review? That's HTML, my friend, that isn't being parsed. It's a line break and so is meant to start a new line or paragraph.

What does acronym BR BR mean

It's not an acronym. It just means there is a break in the text. It's a glitch in the TER review system.
