just wondering for this girl, there are reviews since 2004. Her listed age is 21-25, so should I be expecting she will be around 30? thanks

It is possible that she is 25, but in all likelihood she is in her 30's.
We can be pretty sure that she is not 21, lol.

profiles often get updated with new info. so maybe she really is in the range suggested. theres no way of knowing, what do the reviews say? thats what really matters.

exactly.  they normally know what they want, what they'll give, and (hopefully) are trying for a regular - meaning they aim to please.  Also if they have alot of reviews, you have the benefit of probably knowing what you are getting.
