I am new to the hobby and today I met with a beautiful young lady for the first time. We had some small talk for a while then got started. She started with bbj but Mr happy wouldn't get happy, my problem (nerves). 2 hrs later same result, would it be OK to write a review on her performance? She did all she could but to no avail.

Sure. Why not. You are entitle to state your opinion. Your side of the story. From what you've written here, it does not seem like you intend to write anything negative as there is only so much a person can do if Mr. happy does not want to get happy Kind of like you can lead the horse to water but you can't make him drink it.

Reviews are a ladies livelihood and your reputation.  If she was a turn on and things just didn't work due to nerves there is little benefit and possible harm with sharing it on her account.

This has happened to me too. I skipped doing a review on her.  I thanked her for putting up with me and assured her it was not her fault.  I still had a nice time cuddling and talking with her and I gave her a nice tip for being so cool about it.

Sometimes vitamin V. helps Mr. Happy overcome the jitters.

I also agree.  If you feel the provider gave a sincere effort, and the failure was yours rather than hers, its unfair to write a review on that basis.

I had a lot of nerves when I started...  I'm still a little nervious on first dates but it has gotten better.
I started with a massage plus extras lady (I still see her on occasion) so she just took matters into her own hands to finish what we started.  I would recommend this approach, someone who offers nude massage.

Because you identify the issue as yours & not hers, it would be hard to write a proper review.  If you see her again & things work out, you can write it.

Humm.. I don't agree. I recently had the same experience, as the provider.

I did everything I could, including looking at his favorite porn with him and the whole time never stopping..so 60 mins stright. But Mr. Happy didn't want to play. I was encouraging and patient, I would have appreciated a review stating that I didn't give up the whole time.

Unless you have something negative to say about her, I would post the review on her eagerness alone. I know a few providers who would have just said, this isn't going to work and left.

Your problem with performance is typical for men that focus on their needs first. I learned from experience. Focus on the provider and wonders of her presence. Go slow with lots of foreplay, touching, kissing. As hobbyist we spend time getting with desirable women but fail to fully immerse ourselves in the wonderful memories that patience, thoughtfulness and imagination in their presence can bring us.

I recently had a similar experience, and despite the fact there wasn't a happy ending, I really enjoyed my time with a wonderful provider.  She was a joy to be with and did everything to get me going after an interruption turned Mr Happy off.
I want to write a review because she was so good, but am struggling to word it so it comes across the right way.

For what its worth i had some trouble my first time and wasn't sure what to do.....a little vitamin V and back to the same provider two weeks later and everything went great cause I was confident, knew what was going to happen and with who and it was fine...but I wouldnt review unless the deed was done.
