Re: Do Escorts Usually Ask For Photo ID?

I decided to join this site because my first experience with internet escorts went so badly. I've been seeing girls who dance at a local strip club but decided to finally jump to the internet. I called a girl and went to her hotel. She refused to see me because I didn't have my drivers license. Is this common?

Any girl worth seeing is most likely going to ask you for a photo ID.  If you are screened prior to the appointment she is going to expect the name on the ID to match the name you gave her when you booked. Agencies will do the same thing.  If you are a regular of a girl in a strip club she may have decided that you are not a cop or a psycho and take a chance on seeing you but any escort with half a brain will not do this.

she walks into the room or as soon as you walk into her place.

Especially if she screened before meeting you and she know your real name and where you work so I do not see the problem of showing ID to say who you really that person.

but it used to be a very common practice.

You might want to use some masking tape to cover up the license number just in case your are skittish about identity theft.

I've never been asked(even when on the ladies' website it said she would ask at the beginning) but I always have an ID ready.

I have never been asked to show my ID, nor would I if I was asked.  The provider is never using her real identity, so why should I ever reveal mine?  As long as you have a solid list of references, an ID should not be a concern.  In fact, I don't even bring my wallet into appointments for fear of any of my credit cards/info being taken.  I just bring the donation in an envelope and that's it.  My number 1 recommendation for newbie hobbyists is to protect yourself at all times and don't take any unnecessary risks.  Providers take precautions to protect their identities and hobbyists should do the same.  Have fun and stay safe.

I appreciate the info. I show my ID at the door of the strip club too. I just thought it would be safer to enter the hotel with the donation and my car keys only. Next time, I'll bring my wallet with ID. That girl was HOT, I think I'll try to reschedule. Wish me luck!
