Having the sand problem! Is there another site similar that's easier or offer an alternative?

As a client, seeing a provider has a P411 account adds to my comfort level. It also makes verification easy from our side. Lots of guys don't want their information spread any father than necessary and will be hesitant to send it directly to a provider. P411 solves that problem. It's also a source for ads for touring providers.
I suggest you seek out P411 members willing to give you a reference. Maybe offer a discount. Consider it an investment in your business.

Run a special Ad here on TER in your home city/town. Say your offering ( amount of $$) off of a 1 hour or more service in exchange for a DECENT( had to say it) review. Run the special Ad for about 2 weeks or so. Don't worry, I was in the same boat about 3 weeks ago. You will get a review.

You can offer a discount to various site members, just DO NOT say on this site that you are offering a discount for a review.  Admin frowns on that and will likely give you the boot off this site.

Correct, of course. I wasn't suggesting discounts for reviews, only offering a discount to get established.

Offering discounts in exchange for reviews is NOT allowed on TER. Her post will be deleted by admin. (You can even gain a little VIP credit for reporting such posts to Admin). If you made a post like that 3 weeks ago and it didn't get deleted, admin must not have seen it. Admin has banned providers for review manipulation and paying for reviews.

You CAN ask for reviews, and you can offer discounts, but you can't exchange discounts for reviews.

You should not give advice to newbies here on the Newbie Board if you do not have experience. Such advice is often wrong, misleading, incomplete, or even dangerous. Your bad advice can result in negative consequences for those who might follow it.

Once you have some reviews you'll get on there.  It's a really great site.  You'll be glad to know that everyone on there is safe to see (providers and hobbyists, both) once you are on there.  P411 and TER are definitely the two most important sites to be on.  You can google, "Escorts in ____(your city)", for more advertising ideas.

Offering discounts for reviews is a really good idea.  My mentor suggested to me that I do that when I first started and I got like 5 reviews in a week.  It really helped.

If you two are so new, please be careful about screening!

You really don't lose business by screening.  You'll eliminate all of the no-shows.
