I've bounced around on the newbie board and read many posts but not really found a page for a newbie with the best of the best advice and practices.
I feel like I'm patching together a list of things to keep in mind but wondering if I've overlooked someplace on this site with a consolidation of this information.
Something with Risk ratings for example would be cool. In my reading of posts for example, I would say responding to any kind of specific ad that lists something illegal is highly risky (like prostate massage which shows up on backpage). If it was a sting they'd basically have you locked in as expecting THAT service since you responded to THAT ad.
Life preserver at the top of the boards. As far as avoiding stings, the usual advice is to stick to providers with several reviews, from reviewers who've written several reviews themselves. If you don't have it already, get VIP. Keep looking around and reading. People here who are smarter than me can answer more specific questions as they come up.
