Are you asking if they are a rippoff? Stay away from anyone with no reviews, CL or anywhere else.

to spend some time reading several pages here and you will find plenty of information re. CL--all negative.

"Cheat". If you mean are there ripoffs, and ladies who don't "play by the rules", yes there are, but you'll find that wherever you go. Some of the finest ladies on TER advertise on CL, but if you are new, it's probably not the best place to start. You may get lucky, and find a lady with good reviews here, or on another review site, but your chances are slim. Newbies should start out with well reviewed ladies, and save the experimenting for after they have a little more time under their belts.

If you live in a smaller urban area, CL may be your only option for meeting the Ladies, especially if you're new to the hobby.  Once you get a better feel for how things work, you'll find that CL is really a low level option, at best.  Too many rip offs and too much bait and switch.  If you do live in or frequent an urban area with a small population, the one advantage you do have is that many of the providers will know each other, so once you meet a great Lady in your local area, she will most likely have friends you can meet.
